🚀 You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have

  1–3 years of experience

  in customer support or technical onboarding, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or crypto environment.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural, friendly tone.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Have basic knowledge of

  cryptocurrency, tokens, or Web3 platforms

  (we’ll train you if you’re eager to learn!).
