Job Description

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Role Overview

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving customer engagement. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining CRM systems to enhance customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

CRM System Management

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Track customer interactions, sales progress, and service requests.
  • Generate reports to analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.

Sales & Support Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to provide after-sales support.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Develop loyalty programs, feedback surveys, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Organize client meetings, product demonstrations, and webinars.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify areas for improving customer service processes.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and CRM performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in CRM, customer support, or sales coordination.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,634.71 - ₹27,209.94 per month
