Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at our dynamic Kuthuparamba branch in Kannur District, Kerala.

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the face of Grand Royal Vistara for students and parents who walk in or contact us. Your main responsibility is to guide them with warmth, clarity, and professionalism throughout their admission journey

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and counsel walk-in students & parents about courses and colleges in India & abroad
• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Explain admission processes, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and visa procedures clearly
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations
• Build long-term trust and strong relationships with students and families
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English + Malayalam
• Proven ability to handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism
• Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
• Prior experience in education consultancy, customer service, tele-calling, or front-desk roles is an advantage
• Any Degree Graduate
