Job Description

Customer Relationship Specialist – Vacancies available at Chandigarh, Mohali & Zirakpur branch offices. Responsible for handling customer calls, generating walk-ins, supporting branch business, and ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling for lead generation and walk-in creation Handling customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups Managing walk-in customers and guiding them through services Maintaining call logs, lead data, and daily follow-up trackers Supporting marketing activities: data collection, reference collection Assisting with basic branch operations and documentation Required Skills: Strong communication & customer handling Good convincing and follow-up skills Basic computer knowledge Positive, disciplined, and target-driven attitude Eligibility: Graduate preferred; 0–3 years of customer service/telecalling experience.
