We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers 3. Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services 4. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product information 5. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development & amp; Design Execution: Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including: Digital assets (social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics). Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, stationery). Presentations and reports. Branding elements (logos, style guides, iconography). Event collateral (banners, signage). Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and project objectives. Brand Consistency & Management: Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and imagery. Develop and update brand guidelines as needed. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals. Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and incorporate feedback effectively. Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers) as required. Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma). Prepare files for various outputs (web, print, digital displays) ensuring optimal quality and technical specifications. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design assets, templates, and files. Ensure easy accessibility and version control for all design elements. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread designs for errors before final delivery. Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and visual appeal. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a corporate or agency environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creative flair and technical proficiency. Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus. Understanding of print production processes, color theory, and typography. Knowledge of animation/motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus. Soft Skills: Exceptional creativity and innovation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Openness to feedback and a willingness to iterate on designs.

o Exceptional Project Management: Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. PMP or similar certification is a plus. o Vendor & Contract Management: Expert-level skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation. o Budget Management: Proven ability to develop, manage, and adhere to large-scale project budgets. o Technical Acumen: Good understanding of building infrastructure, civil works, electrical systems, HVAC, IT networking, and safety standards. o Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements. o Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. o Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially under pressure.

-Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting & Tally entries, Manage GST filings, TDS, returns, and reconciliations Track and verify branch-wise transactions Budget planning & expense monitoring Coordinate with internal audit teams Daily and Weekly Expense and Other accounting matters report and review .

 Oversee and manage daily operational processes  Coordinate between departments to ensure workflow efficiency  Monitor inventory, logistics, and documentation  Support compliance with internal and external regulations  Assist in implementing new operational strategies  Maintain accurate records and generate reports  Initiating the gold valuation process
