Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development & amp; Design Execution:
Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and
communication materials, including:
Digital assets (social media graphics, website banners, email templates,
infographics).
Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, stationery).
Presentations and reports.
Branding elements (logos, style guides, iconography).
Event collateral (banners, signage).
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and project
objectives.
Brand Consistency & Management:
Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all touchpoints.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
Develop and update brand guidelines as needed.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing, content creators, product teams, and other
stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and incorporate
feedback effectively.
Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers) as required.
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
Prepare files for various outputs (web, print, digital displays) ensuring optimal
quality and technical specifications.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Asset Management:
Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design assets, templates, and
files.
Ensure easy accessibility and version control for all design elements.
Quality Assurance:
Review and proofread designs for errors before final delivery.
Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and visual appeal.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer,
preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and
demonstrating creative flair and technical proficiency.
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
Understanding of print production processes, color theory, and typography.
Knowledge of animation/motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus.
