About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for ads, social media, landing pages, and campaigns.
  
• Work directly with the marketing team to understand goals and convert them into strong design concepts.
  
• Handle

  80% graphic design

  and

  20% video editing

  tasks.
• Edit short marketing videos, reels, and snippets using

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  .
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
• Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver grab-and-go designs for fast-moving campaigns.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
  
• Collaborate with team members on creative strategy and execution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency

  in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Intermediate proficiency

  in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and ability to design with strategy in mind.
  
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of daily creative work.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual sense.
  
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver quick turnarounds.

Preferred

Knowledge of motion graphics (bonus, not mandatory).

Ability to suggest improvements, new ideas, and creative directions.
