Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, confident, and customer-oriented female executive to manage inside sales activities at our branch. The role involves telecalling potential leads, creating customer walk-ins, attending and converting branch customers, and generating additional business through relationship building, references, and digital communication channels like WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound telecalls to potential customers to generate walk-ins at the branch. Attend walk-in customers with a warm, professional attitude and understand their requirements. Explain company products, offers, and services clearly and persuasively. Convert inquiries and walk-ins into business deals (buying/selling gold or related financial products). Collect and update customer references for future follow-ups and marketing. Activate and engage customers via WhatsApp Business – sending updates, offers, and reminders. Maintain proper data of calls, walk-ins, and conversions in branch records/CRM. Support marketing activities like leaflet distribution, local campaigns, and referral drives. Work closely with the branch and valuation team to ensure smooth and transparent business closures. Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate with good communication skills (Hindi, English & local language). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service. Pleasant personality with strong customer handling and selling skills. Confident in using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and MS Office. Target-driven, proactive, and energetic personality. Prior experience in gold, jewellery, finance, or retail sector will be an added advantage.
