Full Job Description This position is responsible for supporting the Reproductive Regeneration Program; for collection, processing, storing and the infusion of peripheral blood and bone marrow products used during infertility treatments. Key Tasks • Performs blood and bone marrow processing, receipt, release and return (per SOP). • Assists with the collection of bone marrow in the operating room and operates standard lab equipment required for the processing and characterization of blood derived products. • Performs in vitro culture assays under cGMP conditions and demonstrates use of aseptic technique to perform in vitro cell culture and ex vivo expansion of tissue isolates. • Professional interaction with clinical staff and patient population. • Documents patient information, eligibility, chart preparation and review in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates physician communication as needed to ensure accurate processing directives. • Performs quality control procedures for both the equipment and laboratory. Successfully participates in laboratory proficiency program. • Reviews collection, processing and general Standard Operating Procedures including authorship assignments, review and acknowledgements in database. • Performs validation procedures with regard to establishment, optimization and change of SOP and use of equipment and reagents. Responsible for reproducibility and accuracy of data and analyses. Assists in the collation of data and report preparation. • Manages project timelines, budgets, scope and labor. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to client queries on WhatsApp. - Schedule sample pickup appointments and coordinate with logistics teams. - Book procedure appointments based on client/case requirements. - Share protocols, instructions, and relevant documents with clients on request. - Assign the appropriate logistics team member for each sample pickup appointment and ensure they receive complete patient details and pickup instructions. - Coordinate with the designated laboratory technician/procedure team for procedure-related appointments. - Ensure logistics staff and lab technicians acknowledge appointments and are aligned on timing, location, and protocol requirements. - Track the progress of each scheduled appointment and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion. - Maintain accurate logs of client communication and appointment details. - Ensure high-quality client experience through clear communication and timely follow-up. - Work closely with internal teams for smooth service flow. - Escalate special cases or concerns to the Client Success Manager as needed.
