Requirements: ¢ Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is desirable not mandatory. ¢ 2-3 years experience in a similar role using ZOHO . ¢ Involved in the complete project and software development lifecycle from scoping / requirement gathering, system design, end user testing, roll out, user support ¢ Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and have the ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation and data mapping. ¢ In-depth knowledge of all Zoho CRM Plus: CRM, ZOHO Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey and Campaigns ¢ Understanding of the admin structure and application Zoho CRM Plus, Zoho APIs and Integration with third party applications. ¢ Knowledge of Deluge Scripting, JavaScript, MySQL Queries, jQuery, database management and data management software ¢ Knowledge of ZOHO Mobile Apps. ¢ Certification as a Zoho Certified Administrator is desirable ¢ Fluency in written and spoken English

Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and creating Deluge code, Functions, Workflows and integrations across ZOHO and Non-ZOHO Applications. Ability to create applications with custom UI/UX and functionality on Zoho Creator will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho People, ZOHO Recruit including Creator, Forms, CRM, Expenses , BOOKS, Analytics, and others as needed. Deployment of new functionalities such as custom layouts, fields, calculated fields, and related fields. Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho Creator or other platforms. Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes. Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking. Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices. Ability to create documentations such as FAQs and How-to-videos to aid smooth roll-out. Requirements: Strong Experience in programming. It means if you are given a code snippet you should know what the output will be. Basic understanding of PHP, Deluge, HTML ( or ZML) and Javascript. Understanding of SQL queries will be helpful when analyzing data in ZOHO Analytics. Great manipulating skill for strings and arrays as most of the programs will be a string and array manipulation.
