Job Title: Team Lead / Supervisor Location: Moga, Punjab Experience Required: 2–4 years (MNC experience mandatory) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead / Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have 2–4 years of proven experience in a multinational company (MNC) and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of 30 to ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks. Monitor team performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvements. Act as a point of contact between management and the team. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements. Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring new team members. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and senior leadership. Drive a positive and productive work culture within the team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant supervisory/team lead experience in an MNC environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and common enterprise software/tools, Power BI, Zoho One Suite. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international IT or Services, Product based company Knowledge of Office 365, Zoho Tools, Sales-Force CRM, Oracle database and SPS. Flexible to work Night in shifts, if required.
