  About the Role The Workday Absence and Time tracking functional Consultant will be our key team player for our Workday Engagements. You will be involved in all phases of Implementation, AMS Support and Delivery across UST customers. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: • Work directly with clients and UST account teams around requirements gathering/ validation, design, testing and post-production support after deployment • Handle day-to-day team operations in identifying and establishing processes, standards, and key metrics as it relates to the roles focus areas. • Build and consolidate internal training materials and/or create pack for new functionality deployment & offering for client • Work effectively with team members to support client satisfaction and success • Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators What you need: • 5+ years of hand-on Workday and minimum of 3+ years of hands on in Absence/ Time tracking. Prior experience in related HRMS (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft) in a delivery or AMS/post-production support capacity is an added advantage. • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Bonus points if: • You have or were Workday certified in one or more HCM modules • Comes with experience on both Absence and Time Tracking What we believe: We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
