What you need to be successful
Position Description
-
Architecting, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Management platforms which include Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM, and Azure Portal.
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Infrastructure design, and architecture setup with Intune
-
Microsoft Endpoint Management – Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, etc.
-
Administer, integrate and co-management (Intune-SCCM)
-
Experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft Intune and SCCM Enterprise environment.

Device Management – JAMF and Intune MDM
-
Setup of Policies. M365 Security Products (Microsoft Defender ATP, MDAV, Azure RMS)
Microsoft Windows 10/11 Security and Management (Bit locker, MBAM, Device Guard, Credential Guard) -
Distribution points – Capacity constraints in distribution points

AD/GPO/Azure Cloud integration
-
Maintaining and managing SCCM servers, setting up Distribution points – Capacity constraints in distribution points

Work along with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot core applications and patch deployment issues.

In-depth expertise in Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, MAM for IOS and Android), in-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365, Security (LAPS, Bit locker, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate 802.1X)

Good experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management.

Exposure to Integration and Network Security

Experience in Setting up SCCM 2016 Servers, Distribution Servers, and Site Servers
Distribution, Patch management, and release management troubleshooting. -
Experience in handling, configuring, and distributing PAC files.

In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Active Directory group policy, Orchestration, and automation

Work closely with Infrastructure teams, IT architects, and technical experts to take part in cross-domain virtual teams (platform performance, security, fraud detection, financial reconciliation etc.)

Check system logs for errors and take necessary actions to restore normal service (troubleshooting, escalation to system owner/local system admins…)

Provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.

Manage, Remediate, and Report on Device / Workstation compliance as per the Company compliance.

Design Device Inventory / Distribution / Metering / Compliance Reports based on customer requirements.

Should have good knowledge of MSI Tables.

Practical experience delivering Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions with an emphasis on SCCM design and implementation.

Diverse technical background with experience in various industries, roles, platforms, architectures, packages, and technologies.

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.- 10+ years' experience in a Windows SCCM/Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies such as M365, Azure AD, EMS licensing, Windows Hello for Business, Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Joined devices, and Azure Ad Joined devices
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.
