Position: Web Development Intern
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Duration: 3-6 months with potential for full-time conversion
Compensation: ₹8,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and educational background)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Web Development Intern to assist in building a professional, modern website for Insignis Global. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in web development while contributing to a growing finance consulting business.
The intern will work closely with the founder to develop a comprehensive website that showcases our professional services, implements modern SEO practices, and creates effective client engagement tools with database integration and advanced functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Design
- Assist in designing and developing a professional business website using modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js) or advanced website builders
- Implement responsive web design principles ensuring optimal viewing across all devices
- Create clean, professional layouts that reflect the credibility expected in financial services
- Develop and maintain multiple web pages including Homepage, About, Services, Contact, Client Portal, and Blog sections
Database Integration & Backend Development
- Design and implement database structures for client information, inquiries, and content management
- Develop RESTful APIs for data management and third-party integrations
- Create secure user authentication and authorization systems
- Implement CRUD operations for content management and client data
Content Management & SEO
- Support content creation and optimization using modern SEO practices and Core Web Vitals
- Implement technical SEO including structured data, meta tags, and performance optimization
- Set up and configure Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools
- Create and manage dynamic blog content with CMS integration
Advanced Technical Implementation
- Integrate modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS) and JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Next.js)
- Implement performance optimization techniques including lazy loading, image optimization, and CDN integration
- Set up automated deployment pipelines using Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms
- Ensure website security measures including SSL certificates, secure forms, and data protection
Modern Development Practices
- Use version control (Git/GitHub) for collaborative development and code management
- Implement AI-assisted development tools and modern development workflows
- Conduct comprehensive testing across browsers, devices, and performance metrics
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides
