Job Description

Lead Generation & prospecting:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Conduct outreach activities (calls, emails, networking) to build a strong pipeline of prospects

Business conversion:

  • Understand client requirements and present tailored product solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to secure purchase orders

Client relationship management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a trusted point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Regularly update clients on new products, features, and services

Marketing Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor and grow the marketing team
  • Identify skill gaps and support professional development within the team

Business development:

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
  • Represent Accurate Engineers at industry conferences, exhibitions and workshops

Collaboration with production and R&D team:

  • Work closely with production and R&D teams to align client requirements with product capabilities
  • Provide input on product customization and innovation to meet evolving market demands

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on lead generation, sales conversion rates, and overall sales activities
  • Analyze customer data and trends to drive informed decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferably with a focus on pharmaceuticals or industrial equipment).
  • At least 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical equipment. (Centrifuge, Vacuum Tray Dryer, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer, Fluid Bed Coater, Multimill, Shifter, Blenders, Fluid Bed Dryer, Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer, Air Tray Dryer)
  • Proven experience in managing small to medium marketing teams along with recruiting new talent
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previously worked in a lead position for a reputable manufacturing firm
  • Experience in marketing for a pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory environment and compliance standards.
