Release technical specifications and coordinate design reviews for slurry mixing, powder handling, and coating process equipment. Establish and develop manufacturing standards for A/B/C-sample production, including improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics and lean production. Install and commission slurry mixing equipment to expand pilot line capabilities. Collaborate with automation and controls, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams, and execute SAT protocols.
