Lead Generation & prospecting: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry Conduct outreach activities (calls, emails, networking) to build a strong pipeline of prospects Business conversion: Understand client requirements and present tailored product solutions Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to secure purchase orders Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients Act as a trusted point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty Regularly update clients on new products, features, and services Marketing Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and grow the marketing team Identify skill gaps and support professional development within the team Business development: Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry Represent Accurate Engineers at industry conferences, exhibitions and workshops Collaboration with production and R&D team: Work closely with production and R&D teams to align client requirements with product capabilities Provide input on product customization and innovation to meet evolving market demands Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on lead generation, sales conversion rates, and overall sales activities Analyze customer data and trends to drive informed decision-making Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferably with a focus on pharmaceuticals or industrial equipment). At least 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical equipment. (Centrifuge, Vacuum Tray Dryer, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer, Fluid Bed Coater, Multimill, Shifter, Blenders, Fluid Bed Dryer, Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer, Air Tray Dryer) Proven experience in managing small to medium marketing teams along with recruiting new talent Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Previously worked in a lead position for a reputable manufacturing firm Experience in marketing for a pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer. Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory environment and compliance standards.
