Job Description

You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team at US Tech Solutions as a Recruiter. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries & interviews, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until joining. - Working on MSP/VMS model. - Handling US Staffing for various industries such as Engineering, Energy, Aerospace, Utility, Non IT, BP, BFSI, Marketing, and Creative requirements, specifically with Direct clients on W2. - Dealing exclusively with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. - Proficient in various recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based tools. - Understanding and submitting consultant profiles for technical and non-technical requirements on time. - Demonstrating successful sales record in the U.S. Staffing industry. - Strong negotiation skills in finalizing rates/salary. - Working collaboratively as a team player to screen, maintain, and build a candidate database. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding client requirements and providing qualified resources in IT, Engineering, Aerospace, Energy, Utility, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT domains. - Sourcing and screening potential candidates from Internal Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within specified time frames. - Achieving high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements. - Meeting recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with operations and key stakeholders. - Regular interaction and meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, interviews, offers, hires, and future needs. Skills required for this role include: - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in hiring for IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT roles with direct clients. - Highly driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment. Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
