Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer.

• Strategic Sourcing:

  Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using various platforms, including Dice, Monster or CareerBuilder, and professional networks.

• Candidate Management:

  Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and motivations.

• US Compliance:

  Maintain a strong understanding of US work authorizations (e.g., H1B, EAD, GC, USC), tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and industry regulations.

• Database Management:

  Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruiting activities.

• Achieve Targets:

  Meet and exceed daily and weekly recruitment targets for candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in US staffing, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or biotech industries.

• Proven experience working with direct clients and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Vendor Management System (VMS) clients is a plus.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and leveraging job portals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven, and remote or hybrid environment.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive, results-oriented, and ethical work ethic.
