Experience in working on the MSP/VMS model is a must. You should have prior US staffing experience in various domains like Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Non-IT, BP, BFSI, Marketing, and Creative requirements, specifically with direct clients on W2. It is essential to have experience in dealing with W2 candidates such as U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. Proficiency in recruitment techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools is required. Moreover, you need to understand both technical and non-technical requirements and submit consultant profiles promptly. A successful track record in sales within the U.S. Staffing industry is expected. Good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salaries are necessary. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, maintaining and building the candidate database. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently is crucial. You should have 1-4 years of experience in hiring IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT roles with direct clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
