Founded in 2004, we believe that when forces align, futures thrive. Key Responsibilities: . Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle with accurate ATS and VMS updates at every stage. . Source and engage candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing strategies. . Screen candidates with a focus on skill, experience, and role-specific alignment. . Lead structured intake discussions and proactively map talent pools across Life-Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Medical, and Engineering domains. . Ensure structured employee care programs with scheduled check-ins and timely escalations. . Own redeployment efforts for assigned candidates nearing assignment completion by refreshing resumes and actively pitching them for roles.


. Coordinate negotiations and interview processes with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: . 1+ years of recruitment experience in US Staffing (Pharma, Healthcare, Medical, Manufacturing, or Engineering). . Experience in International Voice operations/Customer interaction/Sales preferred. . Good understanding of W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp employment types. . Experience sourcing through job boards and social platforms. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Proven ability to maintain ATS/VMS accuracy and compliance. . Proactive redeployment of ownership and continuous candidate engagement.
