US Pharma Recruiter

As a US Pharma Recruiter based in Mohali, your primary responsibility will be to attract top talent for our US-based pharmaceutical clients. You should possess a deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Your key duties will include sourcing and recruiting pharmaceutical professionals, nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, overseeing the recruitment process end-to-end, meeting recruitment targets, and staying informed about industry trends in the US pharmaceutical market. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. A solid grasp of the US pharmaceutical landscape and recruitment practices is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities are critical, as is the capacity to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is required, as is a bachelor's degree in a related field. This is a full-time position with benefits such as provided meals, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule entails Monday to Friday night shifts at our Mohali location.
