About the Role:

As a hands-on full desk Allied/ Pharma Recruiter you will be responsible for Recruiting, Sourcing & Pipelining for all our Pharma, Allied clients.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Conduct Full Desk Recruitment from sourcing, phone screening, negotiating, extending job offer
• Screen, select and submit candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.
• Have a clear understanding of the job requirements.
• Building Talent Pools/pipelines for bulk hiring needs
• Ability to function in a global team environment
• Strong consistency and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Your Skills:

• Strong work ethics must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Must be disciplined to work independently from home
• Must be Social Media Savvy and be up-to-date with recruitment trends
• Social Media and non-conventional recruitment experience
• Be Persistent and Have Never Give Up attitude towards roles that others were unable to fulfill.
