Job Description

Shift: Night Job Description: Minimum 5 years of experience in Proposal management or bidding. Must have a strong background in US State/Federal proposals. Managing a team of Proposal writers. Coordinating with the higher management in regards to the Proposals. Studying requests for proposals (RFPs) done by the Proposal team. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail and Deadline-Oriented. Should have prior experience in client acquisition & closure of deals Experience working with SalesForce, ZoonInfo, B2B Sales Tools, etc. Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales/proposal writing. Presentation skills, written communication, graphic design skills, technical documentation, layout skills, problem solving, deadline orientation, process improvement, coordination, strategic planning, and market knowledge.
