Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Pharma Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment life cycle for our US-based pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clients, filling highly specialized roles in R&D, clinical, scientific, and manufacturing. This is a dynamic, target-driven role that requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using various platforms, including Dice, Monster or CareerBuilder, and professional networks. Candidate Management: Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and motivations. US Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of US work authorizations (e.g., H1B, EAD, GC, USC), tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and industry regulations. Database Management: Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruiting activities. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly recruitment targets for candidate submissions, interviews, and placements. Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Experience: 5+ years of experience in US staffing, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or biotech industries. Proven experience working with direct clients and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Vendor Management System (VMS) clients is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and leveraging job portals. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven, and remote or hybrid environment.
