Job Title: US IT Recruiter (1-5 Years of Experience) Location: Malad, Mumbai (onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Note: Candidates from Western Suburbs only Evening Shift (6:30 to 3:30) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically working with implementers or direct clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing landscape, including technical roles, skills, and market trends. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent for our clients while building lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Collaborate directly with US-based implementers or direct clients to understand their staffing needs, project requirements, and timelines. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruitment progress. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source qualified IT professionals using various platforms, including job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals, and networking. Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and communication abilities. Verify candidates’ qualifications, certifications, and work history to ensure compliance with client requirements. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback. Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment to facilitate successful placements. Market Knowledge & Strategy: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive compensation benchmarks. Develop innovative strategies to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline. Identify skill gaps and provide insights to clients on workforce planning and talent acquisition. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws, visa regulations (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.), and company policies. Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment metrics. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and placement success rates. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management highlighting recruitment achievements and challenges. Required Qualifications: Experience: 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably working with implementers or direct clients. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.). Technical Skills: Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Boolean search techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving Ability: Proven ability to think critically and resolve challenges during the recruitment process. Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for niche IT roles such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise software implementations. Familiarity with US visa processes and compliance requirements for international candidates. Established network of IT professionals and hiring managers in the US market.
