Transport CoordinatorWhat this job involves: As a Transport Coordinator within JLL's Work Dynamics vertical, you will be the strategic orchestrator of our transportation operations, ensuring seamless mobility solutions that enhance workplace experiences for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of logistics excellence and workplace innovation, where you'll design and manage comprehensive transport programs that support modern work patterns and employee wellbeing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable transportation strategies, coordinate complex routing systems, and leverage technology to optimize efficiency across multiple client portfolios. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and as our Transport Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in creating mobility solutions that adapt to evolving workplace needs while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and cost optimization.
What your day-to-day will look like: Develop and implement comprehensive transportation strategies for corporate clients, analyzing usage patterns and optimizing routes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and service providers to ensure reliable, timely transportation services that align with client expectations and contractual requirements
Monitor and analyze transportation data using advanced analytics tools to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and service improvement areas
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand evolving mobility needs and adapt transportation programs accordingly
Manage transportation budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Respond to real-time transportation challenges, coordinating alternative solutions and communicating proactively with affected parties
Conduct regular performance reviews of transportation services, preparing detailed reports and presentations for client meetings and internal stakeholders
Support the integration of sustainable transportation options and emerging mobility technologies into existing programs
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics management, or related operational roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and transportation management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
Proven track record of managing budgets, vendor relationships, and complex operational processes
Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience managing time-sensitive operational challenges
Preferred qualifications: Experience in corporate transportation or facility management services within the commercial real estate industry
Familiarity with emerging mobility technologies, ride-sharing platforms, and sustainable transportation solutions
Project management certification (PMP) or logistics/supply chain professional certification
Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing large-scale transportation programs
Knowledge of route optimization software and GPS tracking systems
Understanding of workplace dynamics and how transportation impacts employee experience and productivity
