Job Description

Role Overview: As a Total Rewards Specialist at Accenture, you will leverage your strong understanding of Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management to solve issues in these areas. Your role involves leading a team, sharing company goals, safety rules, and deadlines, and keeping the team motivated. You will monitor team performance, assist in hiring and training, and provide progress updates to managers. Additionally, you will facilitate communication of feedback and company policies between the team and management, ensuring adherence to defined processes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and improve process metrics such as SLA, OLA, and KPI - Collaborate with the Service Management Team on client performance reporting - Plan and monitor workload distribution for timely and accurate delivery - Implement governance mechanisms to track and review performance - Identify and escalate quality or scope issues affecting delivery - Handle escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and apply corrective actions - Create realistic project plans with accurate estimates and timelines - Track progress and maintain proper documentation of issues and decisions - Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships - Keep Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans updated - Coordinate with the Business Continuity Management Team and IT for regular plan testing Qualifications Required: - Extensive and demonstrable experience of HR Processes, especially Comp & Benefits and Performance management - Clear understanding of existing metrics in the process - Business Process Implementation expertise - Strong MS Office and Excel skills - Proficient client interfacing skills - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Additional HR Domain Certification, Knowledge, and experience of Success Factors Employee Central Module desirable Additional Company Details: N/A,
