Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of 100+ sales executives, telecallers, and lead generation specialists across multiple centers.

  • Build an empathetic and supportive culture while maintaining accountability and performance.

  • Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and skill development for both frontline staff and mid-level managers.


2.Sales & Inside Sales Strategy

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales of premium Shaadi.com VIP memberships through consultative, relationship-based selling approaches.

  • Develop inside sales strategies to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and long-term retention.

  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics, setting clear expectations and driving execution.


3.Data-Driven Performance & Operations

  • Use data analytics to track KPIs, conversion funnels, and revenue performance across centers.


  • Identify growth opportunities through data insights and implement corrective action plans.


  • Maintain consistent reporting for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas of improvement.


4.Customer-Centric Sales Execution

  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality customer interactions by focusing on needs-based consultative selling.

  • Resolve escalations with empathy, balancing customer satisfaction with business outcomes.


  • Promote loyalty and retention through value-based engagement strategies.


Qualifications

  • People Management:

     Proven ability to lead large, diverse sales teams with empathy and discipline.
  • Inside Sales Expertise:

     Hands-on experience in managing telecalling/inside sales functions with high-volume lead generation.
  • Consultative Selling:

     Ability to train and drive teams towards customer-focused, solutions-based selling.
  • Numbers & Data Driven:

     Strong analytical mindset; able to work with metrics, dashboards, and sales reports to guide decisions.
  • Communication & Influence:

     Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Recognition in Sales Leadership:

     Demonstrated history of sales excellence, awards, or recognitions in leadership roles.
