Responsibilities

  • Reviewing agent financials and monthly management reports (MMRs)
  • Creating and refining finance assurance frameworks and policies
  • Making sure compliance isn’t just a checkbox but a way of working
  • Leading risk assessments and crafting smart mitigation strategies
  • Driving process improvements and automation where possible
  • Training finance teams, identifying gaps, and helping close them
  • Communicating performance insights to senior stakeholders clearly and confidently

Qualifications

  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for clean, reliable data
  • Strong understanding of statutory accounting, tax regulations, and financial reporting
  • CPA or CMA certification (a big plus!)
  • Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other core tools
  • Solid experience managing audits and finance teams
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strategic edge
