Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to generate and convert business leads.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers while acting as a true brand ambassador.
• Research and identify new market opportunities, with a strong focus on Chennai market standards.
• Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders (Food Production, F&B, Operations, Pricing) and external clients.
• Prepare business development plans, including short- and long-term forecasts.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions, proposals, and support.
• Create and maintain a customer database.
• Represent the organization at presentations, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
• Keep abreast with latest trends in catering, aviation, and hospitality markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills; fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to analyze requirements, make fact-based decisions, and follow through.
• Knowledge of hotel sales, banquet sales, or catering sales from reputed brands is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Flexibility with work schedules and willingness to travel.
• Dynamic, motivated, and target-driven individual with a customer-centric approach.
