Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Bhilai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, meeting sales targets, and managing customer accounts. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, supervising and supporting sales teams, creating and implementing sales strategies, and providing training to ensure team alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
• Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
• Experience in Training teams to enhance their skills and performance
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the digital payments and technology sector is a plus
