Job Description

Role Summary

The role supports end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure smooth, timely, and process-driven hiring across the organization. The role includes sourcing, interview coordination, documentation management, joining support, campus hiring activities, background verification, and recruitment MIS preparation. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, stakeholder handling, and adherence to recruitment processes to deliver a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes as per standard TA guidelines.
  • Prepare job requisitions and job descriptions in consultation with hiring teams.
  • Maintain organised recruitment files and documentation.
  • Identify appropriate sourcing channels and conduct profile mapping.
  • Coordinate candidate shortlisting, scheduling, and interview line-ups.
  • Share assessment links, collect candidate inputs, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure interview panels receive all required documents in advance.
  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Handle offer documentation, medical checks, background verification initiation, and joining formalities.
  • Support onboarding arrangements for outstation candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-joining communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

2. Campus Hiring

  • Shortlist eligible students based on organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate aptitude tests, pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews.
  • Manage travel and joining documentation for selected trainees.

3. Internal Communications Support

  • Assist in collating employee nominations, preparing communication files, and updating internal engagement records.
  • Coordinate logistics and basic support for internal engagement events.

4. Background Verification

  • Initiate background verification checks for new hires.
  • Follow up on verification progress and ensure timely closure of cases.
  • Assist in preparing action points for flagged/critical cases.

5. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS.
  • Ensure accuracy of recruitment and BGV data, dashboards, and reports.
  • Maintain timely and error-free documentation and reporting.


Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Graduate degree
  • MBA/PGDM HR

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations preferred.
