Scientist – Product Development (Rubber) Location: Palej Unit Experience Required: 8–10 years in the rubber or polymer industry About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will lead innovative projects focused on enhancing rubber performance through advanced carbon black technologies, hybrid fillers, and in-situ modifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop new grades of carbon black and other fillers for rubber applications (tyre, non-tyre, and specialty rubber goods). Design and optimize rubber compound formulations based on application needs. Lead troubleshooting efforts for customer and plant-related issues through lab and pilot-scale experiments. Stay updated on global trends in rubber technology, sustainability, and product stewardship. Ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance across R&D activities.
