Process Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of the plant team, your primary responsibility will be to improve critical equipment performance, analyze and report on planned and unplanned shutdowns, lead improvement initiatives, as well as development and optimization projects. You will be involved in coordinating with the plant for the implementation, commissioning, startup, and stabilization of various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assess processes, take measurements, develop a data bank, interpret data, and develop best practices. - Evaluate existing processes, develop, configure, and optimize them to achieve the organization's goals. - Manage cost and time constraints, perform risk assessments, and upgrade systems & processes to develop innovative solutions to improve Yield, Productivity, and Quality. - Conduct operational troubleshooting. Qualifications: - B-Tech/BE(Chemical) degree. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the Carbon Black industry. - Location: Durgapur, West Bengal.
