We value fresh perspectives, creativity and energy. π― What You'll Be Rocking β’ π‘ Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to scout amazing talent. β’ π Smart Screening: Shortlist profiles, take initial calls, and match candidates to the right roles. β’ π€ Candidate Experience: Build authentic relationships, ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment journey. β’ π― Strategy Partnering: Team up with hiring managers to design smart hiring strategies that deliver. β’ π§ Interviewing: Conduct well-structured, unbiased interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential. β’ π Interview Coordination: Be the glue between candidates and panels. Schedule. Remind. Repeat. β’ π Onboarding Buddy: Ensure a seamless onboarding for our new joiners β from paperwork to their first hello. β’ π Employer Branding: Help us shine online and offline! Engage in branding initiatives and career storytelling. β’ π Track & Report: Keep tabs on recruitment data and help us make data-backed decisions. β’ π€ Vendor Connects: Collaborate with staffing partners and drive results through strong relationships. π What You Bring β’ β 3β5 years of recruitment experience in tech-focused environments (mid-size IT/Services organizations preferred). β’ π Masterβs degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or a relevant field is a plus. β’ π οΈ Tech-savvy with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools. β’ π£οΈ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. β’ π§© Super organized β can juggle roles and timelines with ease. β’ π Up-to-date on industry trends, employment norms, and best practices. β’ π HR certifications are great to have (LinkedIn/SHRM/Naukri). β’ π Skilled in Boolean search, advanced sourcing, and talent pipeline creation. β’ π Analytical mindset β interpret hiring data and improve process efficiency. πΌ Core Strengths We Value β’ π Integrity First: Professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality are non-negotiable. β’ π» Tech Familiarity: Understanding of tech stacks like Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Data Science. β’ π€ Interview Pro: You can lead structured interviews and help make smart hiring decisions with insightful feedback. π Why Newgen?
