Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment along with key HR generalist activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry and be comfortable with a profile consisting of 80% recruitment and 20% HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%)

• Strong understanding of IT industry roles, skills, and technologies.

• Source potential candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, internal databases, vendor networks, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.

• Conduct salary negotiations with shortlisted candidates.

• Manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and non-compete agreements.

• Conduct background verification checks and reference validations. HR Operations (20%)

• Handle full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.

• Coordinate with IT/Admin for smooth onboarding including creation of credentials, salary accounts, ID cards, etc.

• Maintain employee records including collection and organization of all required documents.

• Monitor and maintain leave and attendance records through HR tools or Excel.

• Assist management in reviewing, drafting, and implementing HR policies.

• Organize employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive work environment.

• Address employee grievances and queries promptly and professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office tools and HR management systems.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.
