Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for a fast-paced and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management capability, and experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Sourcing & Market Mapping

  • Source talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Conduct proactive market research and talent mapping for niche and critical roles.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

3. Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage scheduling, assessments, and feedback loops seamlessly.

4. Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Track key hiring metrics, maintain dashboards, and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Onboarding teams for smooth joining processes.

5. Employer Branding

  • Support campus hiring drives, career events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and social hiring content.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles (customize if needed).
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
