Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess fitment.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
  • Maintain trackers and meet defined TATs for each position.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT).
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet targets.
