Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

with strong expertise in endtoend recruitment and stakeholder management for our footwear manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling hiring for manufacturing roles, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for manufacturing, technical, and support functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions by using various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and campus hiring).
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fitment (technical cultural).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and manage prejoining engagement with selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring trackers.
  • Manage vendor/consultant relationships for external hiring support.
  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Proven experience (4 to 6 years) in recruitment within manufacturing/footwear/apparel or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruitmentrelated compliance and statutory requirements is an added advantage.
