Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business to help build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable retention of the employees
  • Monitor attrition levels and implement innovative attrition control mechanism
  • Scale-up processes in line with growing headcount and changing organization & people needs
  • Participate in the performance review process, provide feedback and support to managers and employees.

Strategic HR Initiatives & Program Management

  • Lead the identification, development, rollout, and evaluation of People initiatives aligned with business priorities (e.g., talent development, engagement, succession planning)
  • Manage program Objectives, timelines, expected deliverables, and key metrics
  • Work closely with stakeholders to take buy-in/alignment and program progress

Performance Managemen

  • Own and drive end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and annual evaluations
  • Coach team managers on how to effectively manage low performers - performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Analyze performance data to identify high performers, capability gaps, and development opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Identify capability gaps and support learning interventions in collaboration with business leaders, while ensuring effective delivery and measurement of learning outcomes
  • Oversee smooth execution of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policy compliance, process consistency, and positive employee experience
  • Support HRMS implementation and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting

Must Have

  • 8-13 years of relevant functional experience
  • MBA with specialization in Human Resources
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
  • Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide leadership
