Senior Manager - HRBP

Job Description: As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic business partner collaborating with senior leadership to support and shape the people strategy. This includes translating business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives. You will act as a change agent by designing processes that facilitate change and transformation within the organization. Additionally, you will drive and support HR people processes such as reward & recognition, performance management, goal setting, promotion decisions, and compensation design in coordination with COEs. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership - Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies - Act as a change agent through process design - Drive HR people processes including reward & recognition, performance management, and compensation planning - Collaborate with COEs on various HR initiatives Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in progressive Human Resource roles - Strong project management and execution skills - Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with leaders, COEs, and offshore partners - Experience in supporting contact centers is a plus,
