Role & responsibilities

• Contributes to company performance by providing Operational, tactical delivery and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives.
• Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one business functional group in Group UK/International market.Deliver activities related, but not limited to Resourcing, Reward and Recognition, Payroll, Learning and Development, PD ,Talent and International Mobility
• Strategies in support of the business objectives. People Plan for the respective service lines, VPS Action Plans, Talent Management. Spans & layers, APD/ASR process implementation, L&D initiatives, manpower forecasting and talent refresh
• End to end delivery of HR services to the respective business functional group, in collaboration with COEs
