The Role


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the Americas and EMEA to deliver end-to-end recruitment support. You will serve as a recruiting generalist, hiring for both technical and business roles.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Design and execute tailored hiring strategies to attract top talent, particularly in sales, technical, and business functions.
  • Proactively identify candidates through a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate all interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements:


  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for software companies, including business, and technical positions.
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience supporting global talent acquisition, ideally across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ambitious, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
