Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Developing Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Building Talent Pipelines: Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies to create a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and effective negotiation abilities are essential. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases is valuable.
