Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs for the LAP product in the South region.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for business, sales, credit, risk, and operation roles in the NBFC sector.
  • Develop region-specific talent acquisition strategies to attract experienced professionals from the industry.
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple recruitment channels job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry connections.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles in the LAP vertical.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, agencies, and colleges for regional hiring needs.
  • Provide periodic recruitment reports and hiring metrics to management.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of NBFC business models with focus on Loan Against Property.
  • Strong knowledge of the South Indian talent market and regional hiring practices.
  • Excellent sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the NBFC / BFSI sector.
  • Bachelors degree or Postgraduate degree in HRM or related field.
  • Prior exposure to hiring for sales, credit, and support roles for LAP products in South region is a must.
  • Willingness to travel within the South region for recruitment drives and business coordination.
