Job Description

Job Description : Responsible for overall Sales target achievement for the assigned area and branches Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. Expertise in day-to- day operational work like loan disbursement & recovery mechanism Must be open to travelling. Regular branch visits to understand the ground pulse of both customers and employees. Maintain Overall portfolio and deliquency for assigned branches Maintain collection efficiency for the area Team Management & Productivity PDD management and document retrieval management Physical verification of customer business and property. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole. Coordinating with local advocate for property related reports. Coordinating with staff members for smooth flow of loan process. Reach the set targets by motivating staff in a right manner. Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service /staff request closures and retention of the existing portfolio. Good knowledge of the local area Work Experience: Minimum experience of 5-7 years in LAP . Preferably from NBFC/ MSME sector Must have prior experience of managing a large team Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) & or Postgraduate. Desired Candidate Profile: Language ProficiencyKannadai & Or English Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good Communication skills with clarity of speech and thought Must have knowledge of local area, competitor knowledge/ updates Good at stakeholder management and engagement Must have a can do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
