Job Summary As an Immigration Counselor / Senior Immigration Counsellor, you'll connect with clients, uncover their immigration needs, and provide expert advice on visas like PR and Business. Role & responsibilities Initiate contact with potential clients through assigned leads and secure appointments Understand clients immigration requirements through effective communication. Counsel clients on various visa including PR /Business/Investment visa processes and requirements. Conduct fair and neutral evaluations of candidates' profiles, objectively assessing their qualifications and chances of success. Develop customized immigration strategies tailored to clients' individual needs and aspirations, aligning with their global career objectives. Provide clear and accurate information based on current immigration laws and policies Conduct sales pitches to engage prospects and successfully close deals. Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions using the CRM system. Take ownership of meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries into successful deals, employing effective sales strategies and goal-setting techniques. Identify new opportunities to expand the existing client network, contributing to the growth and success of the company. Preferred candidate profile Mandatory prior experience in Canadian/Australian/UK/US immigration counselling . Excellent negotiation skills for effective deal closure with clients. Demonstrates a steadfast commitment to meeting monthly sales targets, underscoring resilience and unwavering determination to achieve set objectives within strict deadlines.
