Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with business heads and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
  • Prepare and roll out offer letters, appointment letters, and handle joining formalities.
  • Conduct and oversee background verification and reference checks for new hires.
  • Maintain and update the HR recruitment database and dashboards for regular reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements during the hiring process.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in luxury retail.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire while enhancing quality of hire.
  • Provide Training, Probationary and Confirmation letters to employees based on the review of vertical heads and the management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within retail, luxury, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong networking, sourcing, and headhunting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), HRMS/ATS systems.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years

    of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in hiring for retail, luxury, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
