About the Role

An MNC is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with strong exposure to GCC setup environments, including Global Capability Centers (GCCs), COEs, or captive engineering centers. The ideal candidate understands GCC hiring frameworks and tech talent structures and can support rapid scaling for a capability center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for a GCC/captive environment across mid-senior tech roles.

• Support building and scaling recruitment processes, workflows, and talent pipelines for the GCC setup.

• Source talent through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and tech communities.

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build hiring strategies.

• Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews, and offer negotiation.

• Maintain hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline health, quality of hire) and prepare leadership reports.

• Drive strong candidate experience and employer branding for the GCC.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Mandatory experience working with or hiring for GCCs / captive centers / shared services.

• Strong understanding of GCC organizational structures and tech hiring patterns.

• Experience hiring for:

• Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud

• Supply Chain technologies (SCM, WMS, Logistics, Procurement, Planning tools)

• Engineering roles: Full-Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, QA, etc.

• Ability to handle volume hiring, niche roles, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting the setup or scaling of a new GCC.

• Exposure to global stakeholder collaboration.

• HR/TA certifications (optional).
